API Terms for Merchants, Partners, and Developers

This section applies to all merchants, partners, and developers integrating with RahnexTech’s API services. By accessing or using our APIs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Use

APIs may only be used for approved and legitimate business operations as defined in your onboarding agreement or partnership documentation.

2. Fair Usage Limits

Each issued API key has defined TPS (Transactions Per Second) and daily quota limits. Attempts to bypass or manipulate these limits are strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use RahnexTech’s APIs for any of the following:

• Engaging in illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing

• Unauthorized data scraping, brute-force attacks, or system probing

• Routing funds to unauthorized or unrelated third-party accounts

4. Security Responsibilities

Merchants and developers are responsible for safeguarding their API credentials. Any suspected loss, compromise, or unauthorized use must be reported immediately to support@rahnextech.com.

5. Suspension & Termination

RahnexTech reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or permanently revoke API access at any time due to abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity, without prior notice.

6. Audit Rights

RahnexTech retains the right to monitor and audit API usage logs, traffic behavior, and access patterns to ensure compliance and maintain security.
