These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by RahnexTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including our platform, APIs, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the RahnexTech platform, including but not limited to submitting transactions, using our API services, registering as a merchant, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Definitions

• Platform: The digital infrastructure and APIs operated by RahnexTech to provide technology and payment-related services.

• User: Any individual or entity using the RahnexTech platform, including customers and merchants.

• Merchant: A business or individual registered with RahnexTech to use our API and platform services.

• Customer: End users who interact with a merchant and whose transactions pass through RahnexTech.

• Services: All services provided by RahnexTech, including API access, payment processing, and merchant dashboards.

User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and use.

• Users must not use RahnexTech services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

• Merchants must comply with all applicable laws and payment service guidelines while using the platform.

Platform Responsibilities

• RahnexTech will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security of the platform.

• RahnexTech will facilitate transaction routing, status updates, and refund mechanisms according to posted policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RahnexTech is not liable for:

• Merchant delivery failures or service disputes;

• Third-party failures (e.g., banks, wallets);

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the transaction amount in question or PKR 10,000—whichever is lower.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

RahnexTech shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in service due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, or governmental restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified via platform notice or email. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
